Our response to COVID-19

We practice good hygiene and cleanliness daily:

  • Disinfect the floors after each use

  • Disinfect the props after each class

  • Students are asked to bring their own individual towels

  • Disinfect commonly touched spaces to include door knobs and light switches

  • We are adding more time between classes to ensure cleanliness of the space and provide for a less crowded waiting area.

  • We are offering online class for those wishing to stay at home.

When classes are held in person

Class is limited to 6 people in order to implement the proper spacing requirements. Pre-registration at least 30 minutes before class is required to reserve your spot.

To avoid unnecessary contact and prevent the spread of the coronavirus, cash payments are not accepted. Waiver forms and payment will be completed online.

Masks are required when inside the studio except when practicing the physical postures or breath work.

Please place your mat in the area marked to ensure proper spacing between students.

We will continue to use props to keep your practice accessible. Here are some changes from the norm:

  • You are strongly encouraged to bring your own props (ie blankets, straps, blocks, towel, etc).

  • If you use our equipment, we ask that you wipe it down using the disinfectant spray with space in between to allow them to dry.

  • There will be clean and dirty sections for equipment so we can easily take these props to clean and sanitize.

  • Please bring your own mat. If you use one of ours, use our disinfectant spray and place in the designated area

Our teachers will not be offering physical assists or enhancements.

Additionally, we ask that you please take the following precautions that we also ask of our teachers:

  • If you feel sick or think you might be sick, please stay home. In accordance with our cancellation policy, refunds are automatic if more than 6 hours before the start time.  If you need to cancel within the six hours before class because of covid symptoms, please contact the studio at (954) 372-0213 or hello@yogaonbreakers.com to receive a credit to your account. Please be courteous and follow these guidelines to ensure other students have a spot in class.

  • Wash hands after restroom use, blowing your nose, sneezing, coughing, and before eating.

  • Keep hands away from your face: especially the eyes, noes, mouth, and ears.

  • Cover your mouth with a tissue while sneezing or coughing and discard tissue immediately.

  • Please leave all unnecessary items in your car (phone, purse, etc.) to minimize what’s being brought into the studio.

  • Students are welcome to gather before or after class while maintaining 6 ft separation.
